Aluminum and Blue

Materials:
Chlorine
Aluminum Foil
Copper
Beaker

Physical Description
Before:
Foil: Grey, Shiney, Solid
Liquid: Blue, Small White Specks, Smells Like Copper
After:
Foil: Rusty-Looking, Crumpled, Redish Brown Coloring
Liquid: Clear, Specks In Liquid

Quantitative Measurments
Before:
Liquid is 20mL
After:
Liquid is 20mL

Balanced Equation
Al+ClCu  AlCl+Cu

My balanced chemical equation is Al+ CuCl AlCl+Cu. The liquid was blue at first but when we added the aluminum it turned clear . The blue liquid had copper and chlorine but after it had aluminum and chlorine. There was a chemical change. At first the liquid had copper and chlorine while the foil had aluminum. But after we added the foil the liquid had aluminum and chlorine, and the foil had copper.
